The restaurant is located on the east bank of the Red River in Long Bien, Hanoi, just under the iconic Long Bien Bridge, and offers patrons a rotating menu of fine foods in a casual, family-friendly, outdoor atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problem&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Location may not be everything, but it counts for a lot. Quinza has one of the best garden dining spaces in all of Hanoi: it offers great sunset views and a pleasant river breeze without any of the noise or pollution of the city. In reality, a trip to Long Bien is hardly longer than a trip to the city center, especially during the weekend when traffic is at its worst.
