Account Manager

The Account Manager is an exciting, client-focused job that requires a mix of critical thinking, personal charm, problem solving, and a whole lot of hustle. The Account Manager at Fourdozen has three distinct roles: project manager, marketing strategist, and sales person. As Account Manager, you are responsible for overseeing dozens of different marketing projects at once, working with foreign and domestic clients, responding to client requests at all hours of the day, making sure project deliverables are completed on time, and most importantly, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our work and renew their contracts with us. In addition, you are responsible for bringing in new business and meeting with potential customers.

Copywriter – English
Part time in Hanoi, Vietnam
The Copywriter works on online and offline marketing projects, drafting compelling, error-free written copy in English on demand. The goal is to move people to action. The job is to inform, and entertain, and build things (sentences, ideas, meaning). The copywriter should be familiar with writing in different voices, for different audiences, on different platforms. Our clients range from liquor companies to high schools. We Tweet to end human trafficking and we write essays about protecting Vietnamese forests. The copywriter should therefore have a broad base of knowledge to draw from, and be an avid consumer of information.
This is a part-time position with expected output of approximately 7,000 words per week. The copywriter receives work assignments from project managers and reports to the Creative Director. Expect creative freedom, and a place where you can advocate for your own ideas to a team that wants to listen.

Graphic Designer
Full time in Hanoi, Vietnam
The Graphic Designer provides support to the marketing team to help visually communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our consumers. The Graphic Designer uses the Adobe Creative Suite to create graphic designs for print and online marketing, primarily using Photoshop and Illustrator. The successful candidate needs to be cooperative, highly organized, and value working in teams. The Graphic Designer should have a strong, well developed, and independent creative vision and aesthetic. Their job is not simply to produce content on demand, but to bring their point of view to bear on marketing and creative decisions. This position reports to the marketing director.

Social Media Engagement Specialist
Full time in Hanoi, Vietnam
The Social Media Engagement Specialist is responsible for generating community engagement for our clients’ social media accounts. This means spending each day on social media, posting comments and interacting on behalf of brands that range from gin distillers to U.S. universities. The Social Media Engagement Specialist must love to write, and be able to adapt their voice for each brand. The goal is to grow engagement through authentic interactions. That means more likes, more follows, more comments, and more shares, and also less bullshit. Think of yourself as the anti-bot. The bot-killer. Fourdozen’s department of Sarah Connor.

Video Editor
Full time in Hanoi, Vietnam
The video editor is responsible for processing and editing video footage into finalized productions suitable for use on social media, streaming platforms, and television. Editing work includes tasks for both internal and external clients, and the editor may be working on 15-30 projects at once. The video editor works with the marketing team throughout the production process and reports to the creative director. The ability to edit videos for different audiences is essential, as is working in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment. Feedback and requests for changes are frequent, and so flexibility and adaptability are central to the role. Fluency with editing software is a must, and strong technical skills in other areas of video production is preferred.
