Background
Quinza is a French garden restaurant serving a range of continental dishes, including crêpes made using traditional equipment hand carried from Brittany. The restaurant is located on the east bank of the Red River in Long Bien, Hanoi, just under the iconic Long Bien Bridge, and offers patrons a rotating menu of fine foods in a casual, family-friendly, outdoor atmosphere.
Problem
Location may not be everything, but it counts for a lot. Quinza has one of the best garden dining spaces in all of Hanoi: it offers great sunset views and a pleasant river breeze without any of the noise or pollution of the city. That said, the restaurant is just off the beaten path of diners who typically stay in the city center and might not think to cross into Hanoi’s eastern district for lunch or dinner.

Approach
Fourdozen worked with Quinza’s experienced team and initiated a social media strategy that branded Quinza as a quick escape for people who need a breath of fresh air and a change of scenery.

By leaning into Quinza’s location and touting it as a feature, the restaurant turned what may have been seen as a weakness into a strength that helped distinguish it from competitors. In reality, a trip to Long Bien is hardly longer than a trip to the city center, especially during the weekend when traffic is at its worst. WIth a strategy in place, our team then began the job of generating content and launching the campaigns for Quinza on social media.
