Background
Go Circular is a global initiative led by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) that helps businesses embrace the circular economy, a smarter way of producing and consuming that cuts down on waste and keeps resources in use for as long as possible.
In Vietnam, Go Circular gives businesses the tools to make this shift through hands-on training and workshops. The CIRCO Training-to-Trainers (T2T) program teaches companies how to rethink their production processes, while the Circular Economy Accelerator workshops help startups turn big sustainability ideas into real-world business models. The goal? To make circular practices the new normal across industries like fashion, electronics, plastics, and manufacturing.

The Challenge
Our challenge was getting Vietnamese businesses to take advantage of this training. While sustainability is a hot topic, many companies still hesitate to invest time in programs like CIRCO unless they clearly see the practical benefits.
We also needed to reach diverse industries, from electronics to textiles, in a way that spoke their language. Plus, since GIZ wanted to attract both established businesses and startups, we had to design a campaign that resonated with both corporate decision-makers and young entrepreneurs.
Results
Fourdozen launched a targeted ad campaign to drive sign-ups for GIZ’s CIRCO training and Circular Economy Accelerator workshops. We designed eye-catching graphics and engaging content to highlight the real-world benefits of circular business models. To make sure the right people saw the message, we ran paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, reaching business owners, startup founders, and key decision-makers. Throughout the campaign, we fine-tuned ad performance every week—tweaking targeting, refining content, and optimizing reach. Ultimately, more businesses and startups in Vietnam signed up, engagement soared, and awareness of the Go Circular program grew across key industries.
