Background
Cousins is among Hanoi’s most beloved European bistros. With multiple locations throughout the city, the restaurant has for years pushed the boundaries of Western cuisine in the capital city. Cousins also has one of Hanoi’s most extensive and accessible wine lists, with an affordable, imported selection that is within reach for most consumers.
Problem
With its strong reputation and large core of repeat customers, Cousins needed a full-time marketing team to keep up with regular demands such as biweekly menu changes, graphic design, and photography for new dishes. In addition, Cousins’ social media presence needed a hands-on approach that the current team couldn’t fit into their schedule.
Approach
Fourdozen worked with the team at Cousins to streamline its approach to menu design and photography, implementing an efficient process that ensures ample available content and on-time delivery for social media.

In addition, we refreshed many of the Cousins brand elements for more coherent use on social media, deepening the connection of the brand to its most loyal customers. Rounding out the content strategy was a shift toward emphasizing Cousins wine list in Vietnamese and to better explain the bottles on offer so that diners would be better educated about the choices available to them at the restaurant.
